By participating in the FNAOnline WhatsApp community, members agree to the following:

1. Be Kind

Treat every member with kindness. FNAOnline is a welcoming learning environment where students should feel comfortable asking questions, participating, and learning.

2. Be Respectful

Respect everyone's opinions, backgrounds, experiences, and level of knowledge. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, personal attacks, or intentionally offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Education Only

FNAOnline and its WhatsApp community are for educational purposes only. Information shared through FNAO should not be considered professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Members should never use the group as a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Protect Everyone's Privacy

Do not share another member's personal information, messages, photos, phone number, or other content outside the community without permission.

5. Keep Conversations Appropriate

Discussions should generally relate to nursing, healthcare, academics, college, FNAOnline programs, or community-building. Spam and inappropriate content are not permitted. Actions will follow a warning.

6. Maintain Academic Integrity

FNAOnline is here to help members learn, not cheat. Do not use the community to request or distribute answers to graded assignments, exams, quizzes, or other work that violates a school's academic-integrity policies.

7. Participate Safely

Members should use good judgment when interacting with others online. Participation in FNAO does not require members to disclose personal information.

8. Community Moderation

FNAO leadership may remove content or restrict/remove members who repeatedly or seriously violate these guidelines in order to maintain a respectful and safe educational environment.
